This class is for the people that want to UP their training and/or help supplement their training!
Its a GREAT Fitness class for athletes
Football-Wrestling-Track-Basketball-Baseball-Tennis
ALL Sports!!
The reason is its a RECOVERY Fitness Class. This is a hard core 30 minute conditioning class!
You train on YOUR level! But what it DOES have is SERIOUS SERIOUS conditioning to it!

The fitness class is a 30 min explosive class to help with recovery and enhance your cardio!
This will be a three month program geared to get you in shape!
